Supporting Every Child Patient — Every Step of Their Journey

HOFCD's Child Patient Support Program provides comprehensive assistance to thalassemia patients and their families — from financial support and medicine to hospital referrals and emotional counseling. Over 60 patients are currently enrolled.

What We Provide

Financial assistance for transfusion costs, chelation therapy medicine support, regular health monitoring, hospital referrals to Multan and Lahore specialists, counseling for patient families, and assistance with government health program documentation.

Contact HOFCD on WhatsApp 03037898491 or email support@myhofcd.org. Bring the child's birth certificate, medical diagnosis, and family income information to HOFCD's office at Main Road Mailsi.
